Anna has a proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls, mentoring teams, increasing profits through operational improvements, and developing partnerships with clients and vendors.
Most recently, Anna has been consulting with a focus on operations, customer service and organization design. This includes operational strategy, business process design, program management, training initiatives and policy development. She’s worked in multiple industries, including health care, nonprofits, telecommunications, logistics and transportation and retail.
