Denise is the CEO and owner of AdamsGabbert (AG), bringing nearly 30 years of corporate general management experience, entrepreneurial leadership and a passion for making a difference in the Kansas City community. Her experience in consulting, developing business, building and managing a $400M+ division of a Fortune 100 company will ensure that AG continues to create business solutions for her clients. Committed to helping her clients realize success, Denise has benchmarked her reputation most notably on transparency, honesty and partnership.

Stacy Rose


Joining AdamsGabbert (AG) in 2013, Stacy is the Chief Operating Officer and is a key part of the driving force behind the explosive growth AG has experienced since 2013. She has set the vision for the strategic direction of client relationships, talent management and AG’s operational excellence.

First serving as the Office Manager in 2013, she created and grew into the role of Client Relationship Manager in 2013. In March of 2014, Stacy was promoted to Director of Operations and Client Services where she took on the task of growing AG from 20 employees to over 150 over a two year period. Her entrepreneurial spirit continues to drive her, making her feel right at home at AG.

Anna Finigan

Director of Consulting Services

Anna brings nearly 20 years of experience with business operations, high-profile strategic initiatives and organizational turnarounds. She began her career managing logistics operations and implementing quality programs with Fortune 500 companies. Anna has a proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls, mentoring teams, increasing profits through operational improvements, and developing partnerships with clients and vendors.

Most recently, Anna has been consulting with a focus on operations, customer service and organization design. This includes operational strategy, business process design, program management, training initiatives and policy development. She’s worked in multiple industries, including health care, nonprofits, telecommunications, logistics and transportation and retail.

Justin Secrist

Justin brings over nine years of recruiting and account management experience. He is extremely proficient in networking and sourcing passive and active candidates at all levels of the workforce. Building relationships with companies and candidates and understanding the needs of each is something that has led him to great success.
