Amidst Pandemic Shifts in Corporate Conversations, AdamsGabbert Rebrands to Reflect Purpose-driven Mission

Overland Park, Kan. — Local employment and technology services firm AdamsGabbert has evolved its logo and branding to better reflect a purpose-driven mission focused on creating positive impact. The pivot comes in the midst of a wider, post-pandemic cultural conversation surrounding employee well-being and morale.

A 2021 survey by McKinsey reported that 70% of employees claim their sense of purpose is defined by their work — a sentiment which has been an important north star for AdamsGabbert as a technology company focused on building positive company cultures through staffing, recruiting and business consulting services. In a post-pandemic world in which employees are seeking meaning-driven work, AdamsGabbert’s rebranding newly articulates the distinguishing advantage that the firm provides both employees and clients, which is to place purpose and meaning at the center of its business operations and offerings.

“We’re not creating something radical or new with the rebrand — we’re simply telling people, ‘This is who we are. It’s who we’ve always been. Let us show you what that looks like,’” said AdamsGabbert CEO & Owner Denise Kruse. “This specific cultural moment, with so many conversations surrounding employee wellness and purpose, felt like the perfect timing to ensure that our values are visibly front and center.”

The rebranded logo and messaging reflect AdamsGabbert’s vision to “unlock meaningful experiences” for its team and its clients. The new logo mark’s interlocking elements represent a commitment to teamwork, transparency and unity with the community. The “conversation bubble” imagery promotes an intersection between speaking and listening, as AdamsGabbert encourages open conversation and candor in its company culture and business practice.

“We’ve found that people want to work for purpose-driven companies and clients want to work with purpose-driven partners,” said COO & Owner Stacy Rose. “By focusing on unlocking meaningful experiences, our rebranding reflects this drive and positions AdamsGabbert as a preferred employer and partner in our industry.”

In a year known as the Great Resignation, AdamsGabbert also saw a more than 90% employee retention rate in 2021 — which the organization attributes to its purpose-driven company culture focused on individual well-being. In addition to a full suite of benefits with self-managed PTO, paid holidays and a 401(k) match program, AdamsGabbert pays for full gym memberships for employees and their families, provides free subscriptions for wellness-focused mobile apps such as MyFitnessPal Premium and Calm, and covers tuition and certification costs for employees to receive continuing education.

In 2022, AdamsGabbert plans to increase its service offerings, grow its headcount and to expand into markets outside of Kansas City.
